The Talent

Synergy. Works.

White Field Capital focuses on North American, European, and Latin American operating companies in which the firm’s principals have significant growth opportunities through the infusion of working capital. We require incumbent management teams with a clear vision for the growth of their company.

Our financing philosophy is to utilize growth capital, preferring to generate attractive returns through earnings growth and expanding the valuation multiple through building larger, more valuable enterprises with improved operations.
